Scientific School: Supervised 2 PhD candidates. Served as an opponent for 10 PhD dissertations in the specialty of pomology.
Brief Biography
Born on January 27, 1959, in Yahubets village, Khrystynivka District, Cherkasy Region.
1985–1988 – Chief Agronomist of the “Yuvileynyi” state farm, Monastyryshche District, Cherkasy Region.
1988–1990 – Postgraduate student at the Ukrainian Research Institute of Horticulture.
Since 1991 – Researcher; from 1995 – Head of the Laboratory of Stone Fruit Crops, Head of the Department of Agrotechnology, Selection and Technology Department of Pome Fruit Crops, Head of the Agrochemical Research Sector. Since 2010 – Head of the Nursery Department.
Since 2012 – Head of the creative group developing projects for the establishment of fruit, berry, and nut plantations.
Annually prepares 15–20 projects, conducts 10–15 site assessments for suitability for plantations, provides approximately 50 oral consultations, and gives 2–3 television and radio appearances per year.
